3. No engagement without a written agreement
Visiting this site, submitting an inquiry or emailing us does not create a client, advisory or fiduciary relationship. An engagement begins only when its scope, responsibilities and terms have been agreed in writing.

We treat inquiries discreetly. Please do not send confidential company data, personal data held by your organization, or anything covered by legal privilege until we have agreed confidentiality terms. Licensed data is exchanged directly between you and a buyer, never through us.

The site, including its text, design, the Witbur name and the bear logo, belongs to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own reference. You may not copy, adapt or republish them for commercial purposes, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests a relationship with us, without our written permission.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the site unlawfully, try to gain unauthorized access to it or its systems, interfere with its operation, or scrape it in bulk. We may suspend access to the site at any time.
